- Use that profile to build a picture of what your farm will need to look like and using an index that is automatically generated, you will be able to compare a number of possible farms based on the priorities you have identified. You will be shown how generate a check list that will help you with property inspections that fit your profile.
- Be shown how to identify the inevitable compromises because the “perfect farm” simply does not exist. A continuous search for the holy grail of farms will guarantee that you never purchase one. By using the techniques demonstrated, you will be shown how to identify features that are absolute deal breakers and how to incorporate permissible compromises.
- After you have built your profiles you can be begin to search for properties with confidence. This is where you begin to search the internet, buy the weekend papers and find that “Good Agent”. And they do exist!!
Having made it this far, you will then be shown another process on how to asses fair value.
The processes are flexible and adaptable and you can change the profiles by changing the back ground assumptions.
